Jess got her start in hospitality as a Server for Bombers Burrito Bar in Schenectady, where she eventually worked her way up to bar manager. From there, Jess took her experience to a multitude of restaurants in the Capital Region, where she continued to grow her love for and skills in hospitality.

Jess has been with the Mazzone family for four years now. She has worked in every operations position throughout our locations - Busser, Prep Cook, Server, Bartender, Bridal Attendant, and Event Manager. You name it, this superstar has done it! Going from operations to sales was a seamless next step for her and she is thrilled for the opportunity to better understand clients and all that goes into planning events.

When not at work, Jess loves to stay active, whether that’s skiing, kayaking, or playing with her dog.
