Lindsey Ruoff

General Manager

Lindsey has been working for Mazzone Hospitality for over 10 years and has been in the hospitality industry for 20. Born and raised in Hillsborough, New Hampshire, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from New England College.

At the age of 15, she started gaining her experience in the Hospitality industry, before moving to New York in 2007 to further her career in events and catering. While working with Lori Stachnik Events she gained experience and knowledge of event planning, coordinating, décor and design.

She began her career with Mazzone Hospitality in 2008 as an Event Server. Eventually, working her way up through determination and an unprecedented work ethic, becoming the General Manager of the Hall of Springs in 2012.

She brings a calming unity through her Culinary and Service Teams. She has a unique eye for detail and reading the needs of her guests. Outside of work, Lindsey has donated her time to philanthropic organizations, such as Habitat for Humanity and in 2015, she traveled for Fiji to build houses in Suva. This experience opened her eyes to how much need there is in the world.
