Dining is available prior to evening Ballet and Orchestra performances at SPAC;
Ballet: July 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 (11th at 2pm & 13th at 2pm, matinee shows)
Orchestra: July 31 - August 3, August 7 - August 10, August 14 - August 17
Arts Dining
Matinee 11:00-1:30, *select dates | Dinner 5:00-7:30, during classical performances.
Ballet Matinee: (11th at 2pm & 13th at 2pm, matinee shows)
Open to the public, located inside The Hall of Springs adjacent to the Saratoga Performing Arts Center.
Contemporary American cuisine highlighted by local and sustainable foods; full buffet that includes entrées, antipasti, starches, grains and vegetable options including a fresh salad bar, and decadent desserts. Craft cocktails, local and imported beers, wines by the glass and bottle accompanied by proficient service make this an exceptional dining experience. $44.95 (+ tax and gratuity), per person. Alcoholic beverages and soda not included. Coffee and iced tea, included. $39.95 (+ tax and gratuity), per person for Matinee shows only.
Reservations will open May 1, 2024.
PLEASE NOTE: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any reservation changes or cancellations. Any last-minute changes, cancellations, or no-shows are subject to a $20 per person charge. Reservations must be made online via Yelp or by calling us directly at 518.583.3003.
Patrons' Club
President's Circle and Patron Members Only | Dinner 5:00pm - 7:30pm, during classical performances.
A refreshed, all-inclusive al fresco dining experience with locally sourced, farm-to-table ingredients. Included is the tantalizing Tuscan table with offerings inspired by the chef's culinary whims and ingredient-driven foods that change daily. Also new for this season, is two chef-attended stations that will feature delicacies from carving boards to nonna’s cucina and pinsa flatbreads to pastas and grains, in addition to a dessert station.

Jazz Bar
Jazz Bar is an informal and casual bistro-style bar, with outdoor patio, offering an eclectic mix of fine wines, domestic & imported beers, and crafted cocktails. Open from 5:30pm – 9:00pm before and during any classical performance at SPAC, walk-ins available.
